Every system below is in production. References available on request.
The problem. The budget, the order and the bill were three different numbers, and nobody could say which one was true.
What we built. One governed core where a project runs from budget through procurement, execution, billing and payment, with tax computed on every line and payment moving only through a rule or a person. Rail and truck dispatch from one engine. Customer and vendor portals that cannot see each other's margin.
What we would reuse for you. The chain design, the mobile capture pattern, the tax engine approach, the governance model.
The problem. Nobody could say what the field did yesterday, only what it said it did.
What we built. Visits recorded where they happened, orders at the counter, price and freight masters the rep cannot override, schemes calculated rather than promised, and agents that see a pattern across thirty discounts a manager would only ever see one at a time.
What we would reuse for you. The offline-first mobile pattern, scheme engine, exception agents.
The problem. The credit was lost months before anyone opened the reconciliation.
What we built. Documents read, every expense given a verdict, credit matched against what the supplier actually filed, and a weekly figure on what is about to lapse.
What we would reuse for you. Document intelligence, the daily fix-or-propose agent, audit packs.
The problem. Every new system meant custom wiring to every old one.
What we built. One gateway every product registers with, a service catalogue, transformation profiles and delivery that reaches its destination once.
What we would reuse for you. All of it, as the backbone of your landscape.
The problem. Access that outlived the employee and consent that lived in a spreadsheet.
What we built. One login across the family with access following the role, and a consent and data-request register that tracks every request against its legal window.
What we would reuse for you. Both, for any customer facing DPDP, PDPA, the Privacy Act or the PDPL.
The problem. Content that was on-brand only when one person checked it.
What we built. Planning, drafting and brand-safety agents that hold every post for a human yes.
What we would reuse for you. The studio, pointed at your brand file.
