Connect what you have. Replace it when ready.

The systems you already use, connected through one integration layer, and the legacy parts moved off one process at a time instead of in one risky weekend.

The problem

Every new system means another upload at midnight.

The IT lead knows the diagram nobody else wants to see. The accounting package talks to the CRM through a spreadsheet someone uploads each night. The online store sends orders by email. When the upload fails, sales and finance find out at different times, and the fix is a person re-keying the gap. Replacing everything at once is how these projects fail, so most companies leave it alone.

What we do

Where we start

N01

One layer every system talks through

Each system registers with one gateway instead of being wired to every other. A new system joins by registering, not by a fresh round of custom links.

N02

Delivered once, correctly

We design every link so an order, an invoice or a status change reaches its destination once, even when a system is down for a while. Nobody reconciles two systems by hand to find the missing record.

N03

Map the landscape first

We draw every system, every file drop and every manual copy between them, and mark who owns each record. That map is yours whether or not you go further.

N04

Move off legacy step by step

The new system takes over one process at a time while the old one keeps running. Each step can be reversed, and the business never depends on a single cutover weekend.

N05

Your existing software stays useful

Accounting packages, ERPs, marketplaces, tax portals and banking channels connected as they are. We change the software only where it is the leak.

N06

Access and audit on every link

Every connection authenticated, scoped and logged, with secrets kept in a managed store instead of in code. You can see who called what, and when.

Proof

Our own products talk through it.

NeauraAxon is the integration gateway NeauraBuild's own products call through today. A product joins by registering with it instead of wiring itself to every other, and each product still works on its own when a link is down. We bring the same approach to your landscape, with your existing systems on it.

Common questions

Answered

Do you use an off-the-shelf integration platform?

Where one fits your landscape and budget, yes. We built our own because we needed every message delivered once with a clear owner, and we use it where that guarantee matters.

How long does a move off legacy take?

It depends on how many processes sit on the old system. We move one, measure it, then agree the next, so you are never waiting on a single date for everything.

What if a connected system goes down?

The others keep running. Messages wait and are delivered when the system is back, and anything that cannot be delivered goes to a named person instead of disappearing.

THE PROMISE

We stay until the ROI you were promised is the ROI you get.

Most projects fail after go-live, not before it: the software works and nobody uses it. So we do not stop at delivery. We advise, build, implement, operate, and only then transfer, with change management and adoption run as hard as the code.
