Commerce built for buyers who order by the tonne.

Commerce for buyers who need a quote, not a cart. Catalogue at scale, quote-first checkout, and the search presence that fills the funnel.

The problem

The template store was built for someone who sells sneakers.

A buyer who needs ninety tonnes delivered to a site next Thursday does not want a cart. They want to be asked the right five questions and to hear back from a person who can price it. Off-the-shelf commerce makes that flow awkward, and awkward flows leak buyers to WhatsApp, where nothing is tracked.

What we do

Where we start

N01

Quote-first commerce

A catalogue with no prices on the public side, a basket that becomes a quote request, and a pipeline that puts the request in front of a person within the hour. Built and running on our own marketplace.

N02

Catalogue and product data

Thousands of products with immutable URLs, structured data on every page and a sitemap search engines actually read. Product pages that answer the question a buyer typed.

N03

Order management and fulfilment

Orders that carry bill-to, ship-to and the serving depot, and a billing system that decides direct versus drop shipment rather than leaving it to the sales rep.

N04

Conversational capture

An assistant on the site that asks for items, quantities, delivery site and expected date, and files a quote request into the same pipeline as the form. Ours is called Aura. Yours will have your name on it.

N05

Partner APIs

Versioned, keyed, rate-limited and logged, so a distributor or a marketplace can integrate once and never be surprised by a breaking change.

N06

Marketplace operations

Vendor onboarding, verification, listing quality and dispute flows for a multi-seller model, learned by running one.

Proof

Our own marketplace runs on it.

NeauraBuild's public catalogue is quote-first B2B commerce: no prices in any public response, a basket that becomes a quote, and a lead pipeline that reaches a salesperson within seconds of submission. Ask us to walk you through it live.

Common questions

Answered

Do you build B2C storefronts too?

Yes, where the product suits a cart. Many of our customers run both: a quote-first B2B channel for bulk buyers and a standard checkout for retail.

Can you migrate our existing catalogue?

Yes. Slug and URL stability is something we take seriously, since a broken product URL is lost search ranking, not just a redirect.

Do you handle payments?

For B2C checkout, yes, through standard gateways. For quote-first B2B, most of our customers settle offline against terms, so the site's job is the quote and the order, not the payment.

THE PROMISE

We stay until the ROI you were promised is the ROI you get.

Most projects fail after go-live, not before it: the software works and nobody uses it. So we do not stop at delivery. We advise, build, implement, operate, and only then transfer, with change management and adoption run as hard as the code.
