This policy explains what NeauraBuild.ai ("NeauraBuild", "we") collects through this site and why.

What we collect: the name, work email, phone, company and message you provide through our forms or through Aura, our lead-capture assistant, plus the page you submitted from and, for analytics, aggregate usage data once you have consented to it.

Why: to reply to your enquiry, and, only with your consent, to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this data or use it to train a third-party model.

Retention: enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: depending on where you are, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore), the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) or the Personal Data Protection Law (UAE) may give you rights to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
