Services · AI and agentic systems

A force of agents that earns its keep.

Named, scoped, switchable agents that take the work off your people's desks and put revenue back on your books. A person approves every move that touches money, and any agent not paying for itself is switched off.

The problem

Not a wrapper around a chatbot.

Anyone can put a chat window on a database. The hard part is an agent that knows what it is allowed to do, says so when it does not have enough data, leaves an evidence trail a person can audit, and can be switched off by the customer without a ticket. That is the difference between a demo and a system, and it is the only kind we ship.

What we do

Where we start

N01

Document intelligence

Bills, dispatch registers, measurement books and purchase orders read into structured records, with the confidence shown and the original kept. A supplier's WhatsApp dispatch list becomes ledger entries without anyone re-typing a row.

N02

Forecasting and benchmarks

Demand forecast from the programme, not from last year plus a percentage. Should-cost benchmarks that stay current and refuse to pretend when there are too few data points, anonymised across the market.

N03

Exception routing

The odd one out in consumption, diesel or a weighbridge reading, found across many receipts rather than one, and routed to a named owner with a due date. The agent finds it. The person decides.

N04

Assistants that only read

Ask your own data a question in plain language and get an answer from live records, limited to what your permissions already allow. It never writes, and it never invents a number: if it is not in the data, it says so.

N05

Governance designed in

Every agent named, scoped to one job, switchable per tenant. An audit agent whose only subject is the other agents. No money moves except through a rule or a person.

N06

Evaluation and safety

Test sets built from your real documents before go-live, regression runs on every model change, and a written statement of what the system will not do. You get the numbers, not our word.

Proof

Our own force runs our own business.

Inside NeauraBuild's own products, agents read supplier bills, keep should-cost benchmarks honest, spot a discount pattern across a sales district, put a weekly figure on tax credit about to lapse, and run a brand-safety check on marketing copy before a person sees it. Every one of them follows the rule on this page. Ask us to show you one running.

Common questions

Answered

Which models do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your data-residency needs. We are not tied to one provider and we design so the model can be swapped without rebuilding the system around it.

Where does our data go?

Where you tell us it may. Regional hosting, private deployments and on-premise inference are all options we have scoped. The answer is written into the engagement, not left to a settings page.

What if the agent gets it wrong?

It will, sometimes. That is why it proposes and a person approves, why every proposal carries its evidence, and why the customer can switch any agent off. We design for the wrong answer, not just the right one.

THE PROMISE

We stay until the ROI you were promised is the ROI you get.

Most projects fail after go-live, not before it: the software works and nobody uses it. So we do not stop at delivery. We advise, build, implement, operate, and only then transfer, with change management and adoption run as hard as the code.
