NeauraStudio is the content and reputation application run by NeauraBuild at digitalstudio.neaurabuild.com and in the NeauraStudio mobile app. This policy covers what NeauraStudio does with data from a Facebook Page, an Instagram business account or a LinkedIn company page that a business connects to it.

Who connects: a person who manages the page grants access on the network's own screen. NeauraStudio never sees that person's password, and it reaches only the pages they select.

What we read from a connected page: the page's name and identifier, the posts the page has published, the comments people leave on those posts together with the commenter's public name, and the reach, reactions and clicks of each post. We do not read private messages, friends or follower lists, or anything from a personal profile.

What we do with it: publish posts that a named approver at the business has approved, show the business the comments on its own posts, post a reply after the business approves it, and show the business how its posts performed. Nothing is published or replied to without an approval, unless the business has switched on automatic thank-you replies to praise.

Automated processing: comment text is sent to Anthropic, our AI model provider, to sort it by tone and topic and to draft a reply. Anthropic acts as our processor. A person at the business decides whether the reply is sent.

Approvals on WhatsApp: a drafted reply, with the comment it answers, is sent to the approvers the business has named, through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

What we never do: we do not sell this data, use it for advertising, build a profile of a person across networks, or share one business's data with another business.

Where it is kept: on servers in the Amazon Web Services Mumbai region. Access to a connected page is stored encrypted and is never shown back in full.

How long: comments and their replies are kept for 12 months and then deleted. When a business disconnects a page, we delete our access to that page at once and the comments and post numbers read from it within 30 days.

Your rights: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), the Personal Data Protection Law (UAE), the Protection of Personal Information Act (South Africa) or the law where you live may give you rights to access, correct or delete your data.
