This page explains how to have data removed from NeauraStudio, the content and reputation application run by NeauraBuild.

If you manage a page connected to NeauraStudio: open NeauraStudio, go to Set up, then What is connected, and press Disconnect beside the page. We delete our access to the page at once, and the comments and post numbers read from it within 30 days.

You can also remove access from the network itself. On Facebook, open Settings, then Business integrations, and remove NeauraStudio. On LinkedIn, open Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, and remove NeauraStudio. Facebook tells us when you do this and we delete the data without any further step from you.

If you commented on a page that uses NeauraStudio: write to sales@neaurabuild.com with the link to your comment. We remove it from our records within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting the comment on the network also stops us reading it, and our copy is removed at the next check.

If Facebook gave you a confirmation code after you removed NeauraStudio, you can check the status of that request at digitalstudio.neaurabuild.com/data-deletion by entering the code.
