From the gate to the ledger.

Gate, weighbridge, quality, dispatch and dealer network, connected so a truck leaving the yard is the same fact as its invoice.

The problem

The plant trusts the register. Finance trusts the ERP. Neither is right.

A weighbridge reading typed into a register, typed again into a dispatch note, typed a third time into the invoice. A dealer scheme calculated in a spreadsheet nobody else can open. A rake's worth of demurrage argued three weeks after the wagons left. The cost of this is invisible because it is everywhere.

What we do

Where we start

N01

Gate, weighbridge and quality

Every arrival and departure captured where it happens, with photographs and timestamps, offline when the yard has no signal. Quality results attached to the receipt, not filed beside it.

N02

Dispatch and logistics

Truck and rail dispatch from one engine, so a wagon and a truck produce their invoice, e-way document and tonnage reconciliation the same way. Weight shortfalls reported in tonnes for a person to act on.

N03

Dealer and distributor network

Field visits recorded where they happened, orders taken at the counter, price and freight the rep cannot argue with, schemes calculated rather than promised. Built for the road, not the desk.

N04

Sub-contractor and site bills

Bills built from the signed measurement record instead of typed against it. Material debits raised at the bill. Advances that stop slipping.

N05

Tax by jurisdiction

Tax computed server-side on every line. India's GST, e-invoice and e-way flows are live in our own products. Other jurisdictions are scoped per engagement with local advisers, never assumed.

N06

Control tower

Every site and every material on one screen: ordered, received, consumed, billed. Idle stock moved before new stock is bought.

Proof

Rake management is the clearest picture of what we mean.

In NeauraBuild's Construction Operating System the rake plan owns no money at all. It mints dispatches, and every wagon's invoice, demurrage note and tonnage reconciliation comes out of the same core an ordinary truck uses. One engine, no special cases. That is the standard we build your plant to.

Common questions

Answered

Do you work with our existing weighbridge and gate hardware?

Usually, yes. We integrate with what is already installed rather than asking you to replace it; the software layer is where the gap usually is, not the scale.

What if our plant has no signal?

Capture is designed offline-first: photographs, timestamps and readings queue on the device and sync when a connection appears. This is a launch requirement, not an add-on.

Can this run alongside our existing ERP?

Yes. The plant and dispatch layer can feed your ERP as the ledger of record, or replace the parts of it that are the actual leak. We scope which during discovery.

THE PROMISE

We stay until the ROI you were promised is the ROI you get.

Most projects fail after go-live, not before it: the software works and nobody uses it. So we do not stop at delivery. We advise, build, implement, operate, and only then transfer, with change management and adoption run as hard as the code.
